The study aims ti determine the impact of the training on employees performance at Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of Ogan Ilir Regency. The population of this study was all of the employees with the Civil Servant status. This sampling technique used saturation sampling, so the entire of the population is used as sample of this research that is 32 employees. This study used primary data obtained through questionnaires and simple regression analysis methods as data analysis techniques. The data were processed using SPSS version 29. The data obtained is tested with validity test, simple linier regression analysis, T-test, analysis of coefficient of correlation (r) and coefficient of determination (R2). The result of this study indicated that there was a positive and significant influence between training on employees performance
