This studyfaims to provefthe effect of compensationtand the worktenvironment on the work productivity oflemployees at the Palembang Hamami Clinic. Thefresearch method usedtis a quantitativejmethod. Datatcollection techniques using research questionnaires. The total population is 55 employeesfand the samplejused in the study is through the NonProbability Sampling method with saturated sample techniques. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regressionfanalysis. The resultsfshowedtthat there was a positivetand significantdeffect of compensationfand work environmentton the worklproductivity oftemployees at Hamami Clinic Palembang.
