Gelora Sriwijaya Stadium has a high risk of emergencies, potential sources of emergencies are fire, natural disasters and riots. Many people must be evacuated in case of emergency. Good emergency response planning (Emergency Response Plan) is needed as an effort to save yourself when an emergency occurs so as to prevent casualties. This research is a descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews and observations. The total number of informants in this study was 8 people. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Emergency Response Plan in accordance with NFPA 101 2000; Minister of Youth and Sports Regulation Number 7 of 2021; SNI 03-6574-2001; Regulation of the Minister of Public Workers of the Republic of Indonesia 2009; and calculating evacuation time based on SFPE 3rd Handbook Of Fire Protection Engineer standards in 2002. The results showed that Gelora Sriwijaya Stadium already has emergency response procedures and teams but there is no written one, training, simulation and socialization of emergency response have never been carried out, exit facilities in the stadium there are 16 exits and exit stairs. In addition, there are 4 emergency stairs and emergency exits and have a fairly wide corridor, but the emergency exit door does not close automatically and the exit stairs are more than 180 cm wide but are not given a separation fence, do not have evacuation route signs and fire extinguisher placement signs, have exit direction signs but have not been installed indicator direction signs, There is no assembly point yet, the evacuation time is 7.31 minutes which is in accordance with the standards of the Minister of Youth and Sports Regulation Number 7 of 2021.
