This study aims to determine how the effect of role conflict on employee performance at PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk Area Palembang. The population in this study amounted to 49 people. The sampling method used in this study used a saturated sampling technique. The data used in this study is primary data with data collection techniques through questionnaires. This study uses simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that role conflict has a negative and not significant effect on the employee performance at PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk Area Palembang.
