This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment on employee performance at Tridinanti University Palembang. The population in this study was the total number of employees at Tridinanti University, Palembang, amounting to 51 education employees. This study uses the type of sampling technique saturated sampling where all the population as respondents. The data collection method used in this study is primary data obtained from questionnaires. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Tridinanti University employees, Palembang.
