This study aims to examine the causes of manager performance which is influenced by management control system and environmental uncertainty with organizational commitment as moderating variable in public company of Bulog South Sumatera and Bangka Belitung regional office. Respondents on this study were managers in public company of Bulog South sumatera and Bangka Belitung regional office. The primary data was collected by using questionnaire method. 35 questionners were distributed yet 34 of them were analyzed using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The resuls of this study indicate that management control system has a positive effect on manager performance, environmental uncertainty does not effect on manager performance, and organizational commitment unable to moderate the influence of management control system and environmental uncertainty on manager performance.
