This study aims to determine the procedures for implementing the drug inventory accounting information system and the effectiveness of the drug inventory accounting information system in e-Puskesmas at the Puskesmas Health Service Institutions. This research is located at Puskesmas Kunciran, Tangerang City. The type of research used in this research is qualitative, with qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The data used in this research is primary data obtained directly from the Puskesmas such as data from observations, interviews, and documentation related to the drug inventory accounting information system. While secondary data is obtained from books, journals, the internet, and other media that support this research. The results of this study indicate that the procedure for implementing the drug inventory accounting information system at the Puskesmas Kunciran has been running well and by the established procedures or SOPs and the drug inventory accounting information system in e-Puskesmas is effective when viewed based on the five effectiveness criteria according to Krismiaji including; relevant, trusted, completeness, easy to understand, and reliability.
