Indonesian government has established a health insurance system for the community known as the Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (Program JKN). The existence of this health insurance system is important, because everyone has the risk of falling ill which would costs a lot of money for the treatment itself. The average monthly expenditure per capita for health costs in Jambi City is Rp. 40,409.00, with the largest health expenditure on medical/curative expenses. The number of participation and utilization of the JKN Program in Jambi Province has been increasing every year. To be able to prolong the partnership with BPJS Kesehatan, hospitals need to go through the recredentialing process first. Given the importance of the collaboration between BPJS Kesehatan and hospitals in Jambi City for the community, research is needed to be able to analyze the implementation of recredentialing policy at hospitals that partnered with BPJS Kesehatan in Jambi City. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of recredentialing policy at hospitals that partnered with BPJS Kesehatan in Jambi City by using the health policy triangle theory. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative research method. The data collected in this study collected from interviews, document review, and documentation. The result shows that actors, content, context, and health policy processes influenced the implementation of recredentialing policy at hospitals that partnered with BPJS Kesehatan in Jambi City.
