The condition and capacity of the parking space at the existing Bunda Kota Palembang Hospital is barely able to serve the demand for parking facilities at certain hours. So there is congestion that occurs because the queue of passenger car vehicles who want to enter the area of the hospital fortreatment and membesuk patient. Because access to enter the parking area of the hospital is not in accordance with the condition of vehicles that want to enter the area. To anticipate the congestion that will get worse, then in this research is calculated by analyzing the characteristics of parking and parking space needs at Bunda Hospital Palembang City and also made the best alternative and solution by using PTV VISSIM 8.0 program. Calculated using the highest accumulated dijference method and by counting the number of passenger cars, motorcycles and cars parked on the road (on Street parking). The altematives made are the planning of new route changes and land-use extensions to increase the capacity of vehicle parking spaces at hospitals. Parameters that will be seen are the result of changes in route and extension of land use to increase parking space and queue length and vehicle delays that on Jalan Demang Lebar Daun and Trikora For the best solution, it is designed to change the route and extension of land use to increase vehicle parking space capacity in hospitals by using PTV VISSIM 8.0 Program.
