Leadership is a way for a leader to influence the behavior of subordinates that aims to encourage work passion, job satisfaction and high employee productivity, in order to achieve maximum organizational goals. The purpose of this research is a type of quantitative research with the aim of knowing the influence of Leadership Style on Managerial Performance through Management Accounting Systems and Management Control Systems in Baturaja Cement Company. This sample is taken from the Manager From Cement Baturaja Company. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires distributed and related to the problem under study. Data collection was carried out by direct observation and distribution of questionnaires. In this study, the data sources used in data collection include primary data. The research instrument used in this study used the Likert scale method. The results of this study show data using statistical calculations through the SmartPLS Version 4 application concerning the Influence of Leadership Style on Managerial Performance through the Management Accounting System and Management Control System at Baturaja Cement Company which have been discussed, then the authors draw the conclusion that leadership style does not affect managerial performance but leadership style influences managerial performance through the management accounting system and management control system
