Based on the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) 2016, Indonesia had 110.8 million people who work in various employment sectors and the number keep increasing every year. In 2016, there were 7,024,172 workers who worked in industrial sector. In Indonesia, less than 65% of workers come to the company's polyclinic to check for complaints of work-related fatigue. Fatigue is a protective mechanism of human body in order to avoid further damage, so that recovery will be occurred after getting some rest. Nutritional behavior is a risk factor that can cause work fatigue. This study used quantitative methods using cross-sectional research design. The study has been conducted at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 2 Palembang with 45 respondents, along with purposive sampling as the sampling method. The Relationship between Nutritional Behavior and Work Fatigue on Employees of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 2 Palembang was analyzed using the Chi-Square test. The results of this study indicate that the variables of nutritional behavior (P-value = 0.045), nutritional status (P-value = 0.044), age (P-value = 0.014), and years of service (P-value = 0.004) had an association with work fatigue in the employees of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 2 Palembang. Research deepening ideas,workload and motivation.
