IMPLEMENTASI BUDAYA KESELAMATAN DAN EFEKTIVITAS PROGRAM TERHADAP PENCAPAIAN KINERJA SISTEM MANAJEMEN KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA DI PT X MINYAK DAN GAS LEPAS PANTAI.
Abstract Introduction: One of the safety culture measurement tools in a company is Safety Culture Maturity Level. The concept and model of maturity are applied in the development of a high-risk safety culture. Objective: This study aims to analyze the extent to which the implementation of safety culture and program effectiveness has affected the achievement of the performance of the occupational safety and health management system at PT X offshore oil and gas. Methods: This research is quantitative with a cross sectional approach. Sample calculation technique using the slovin formula. Results: univariate analysis shows that safety culture is influenced by management commitment (53.53%), occupational safety and health policies (44.01%), vision and mission (54.35%), rules and procedures (43.84%), information and communication (54.68%), training and competency (49.59). The results of the bivariate analysis have a positive effect on the safety culture value of Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05. Multivariate analysis is influenced by training and competence with a Multicollinearity test value of 2.452. Conclusion: The dominant factors influencing the safety culture and program effectiveness at PT X offshore oil and gas can be influenced by the training and competence of workers.
