One of the health problems in the community is spread of diseases caused by poor environmental quality. The majority of the people of Sungai Kerupuk Village Banyuaisn Regency live on the banks of the river with the condition that the availability of clean water is still minimal due to pollution in the river’s waterways. Therefore this study aims to analyze the Determinats of Community Environmental Sanitation on the Edge of the Kerupuk River Banyuasin Regency.This research is descriptive anlytic with cross sectional design. Research in the form of interviews and observations. The sample was determined by the NonProbability Sampling method by purposive sampling, namely the Sungai Kerupuk Village community of 53 respondents. The results showed that there was no relationship betweem knowledge. attitudes, actions, age, education, and income with community environmental sanitation.It is hoped that the Sungai Kerupuk village community can further improve their behavior regarding the importance of environmental sanitation along the banks of the river.
