This study aims to find out how compensation influences the performance of YWKA Vocational High School teachers in Palembang. This research uses saturation sampling technique. Thus the sample of this study were all teachers of the Palembang YWKA Vocational High School, totaling 41 teachers. The data used in this study is primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that compensation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of YWKA Palembang Vocational High School teachers.
