FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI STRES KERJA PADA PEKERJA PERUSAHAAN PAM JAYA JAKARTA
Working stress is a depressed feeling experienced by workers both from the work environment and family environment that results in a decrease in employee performance. Work stress that can not be managed and known quickly will affect the job or company, so work stress should be known risk factors. This research aims to identify both individual and work risk factors with the occurrence of work stress at workers in PAM JAYA Jakarta. The research design used is cross sectional with samples of 154 using simple random sampling technique. The data was collected using the HSE Management Standard Indicator Tool (HSE MS-IT) and the Depression, Anxiety, Stress Scale. (DASS). The results of the analysis showed that 54.5% of workers experienced work stress. Based on the results of the bivariate test, there is a relationship with work stress on several variables, namely job demands (p-value = 0,014; PR = 3,288; CI = 1,331-8,124), control over work (p - value = 0,0020; PR - 5,034; CI - 1,345-18,843), role (p – value = 0,000; PR – 3,678; CI – 1,844-7,183), and changes in the organization (p–value = 0,003; PR = 2,815; CI is 1,457-5,438). Based on the results of multivariate tests, the dominant risk factor for stress is the role. Work risk factors in this study are job demands, control over work, roles, and changes in the organization. Age, gender, employment status, working hours, working time, social support, and interpersonal relationships are not risk factors for work stress in this study. The advice that can be given is that the company is recommended to improve management on the jobdesk division and on clear SOP/workflow by coordinating on the senior managers of the division/subdivision managers on employees primarily who come from partners and is advised to provide socialization through the Senior Managers of each division on the management of the company (work system, workflow/SOP, working hours, and organizational goals) to employees especially those coming from partners so that employees understand the tasks and responsibilities assigned and can adapt to their roles or changes that occur.
