This study aims to analyze the spatial autocorrelation and the pattern of distribution of economic growth and income inequality in Southern Sumatra for the 2018 and 2022 periods. The research method used is Moran's Index (Moran's I), Moran Scatterplot, and Local indicator of spatial autocorrelation (LISA). The results of the Moran Index calculation of the distribution of economic growth and income inequality in Southern Sumatra show a positive spatial autocorrelation and a clustered pattern. The results of the LISA test on the variables of economic growth and income inequality in southern Sumatra show varied regions in the High-High, Low-High, Low-Low, and High-Low clusters
