The use of information technology in the health sector has an impact on improving health services. Acceptance of technology by users is one of the important factors in the use of information technology. SIKDA Generic as one of the information systems that assist health services has just been implemented at Multiwahana Health Centers. This study aims to describe the acceptance of Generic Regional Health Information Systems at Multiwahana Health Centers. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with in-depth interview techniques. The results of the study showed that SIKDA Generic at the Multiwahana Health Center was well received by users even though there were obstacles such as the SIKDA Generic application which was slow to access and wireless network constraints that could hamper services. It can be concluded in Perceived Ease Of Use, users find it easy to understand, use, access and feature clarity. In Perceived Usefulness, SIKDA Generic provides benefits to users in terms of speeding up work so it doesn't take up much time and can improve user performance. Attitude Toward Using, users show a positive attitude in using SIKDA Generic. This can be seen from the use of SIKDA Generic which is not complicated, users feel comfortable and not bored when interacting with SIKDA Generic. Behavioral Intention To Use shows that some users still choose SIKDA Generic. While some others choose other applications if they have advantages over SIKDA Generic. Actual System Usage can be seen from the functions used and utilized by users, how SIKDA Generic helps users in solving problems and user satisfaction with the performance of SIKDA Generic when used. It is suggested to agencies to provide further training, improve facilities and infrastructure and utilize the menu functions, features and data available in SIKDA Generic so that they can assist in policy making.
