EVALUASI PENGELOLAAN KAMPUNG KELUARGA BERKUALITAS DALAM RANGKA PENCEGAHAN STUNTING DI KOTA PANGKALPINANG TAHUN 2022
Stunting is a serious problem in Indonesia that requires proper handling. In the campaign against stunting in Indonesia, the government has determined to reduce stunting by 14% in 2024. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the management of Quality Family Villages in the context of preventing stunting in the city of Pangkalpinang. This research uses a qualitative approach with thematic analysis techniques. 14 informants were selected purposively. Data were obtained through focus group discussions, in-depth interviews, observation and document review. Data processing uses the Nvivo 12 for windows application to analyze this research. The results of the input evaluation of the KB Village Fund from the Non-Physical Special Allocation APBN (DAK) in the form of Family Planning Operational Assistance (BOKB) in the form of meetings, there is no APBD funding support. The results of the process evaluation The Family Assistance Team (TPK) consisting of midwives, TP PKK cadres and family planning cadres have provided assistance to prospective brides, pregnant women, postpartum mothers, children aged 0-59 months. The availability of Healthy Kitchens to Overcome Stunting is not yet running, the Toddler Family Development (BKB) activities are already running according to the Toddler Family Development guidelines. The results of the output evaluation of postpartum family planning outcomes in Pangkalpinang City are good, the achievement of family participation in Toddler Family Development is still low, especially the participation of families participating in BKB activities. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the management of KB Village in the framework of preventing stunting in Pangkalpinang City has been going well, but it is still experiencing several obstacles such as the Healthy Kitchen to overcome Stunting has not run as expected, only limited to disseminating information about menus for families at risk of stunting, and funds from There is no APBD that has funds for the KB Village Working Group meetings and activity groups funded from BOKB funds.
