PENGARUH SUKU BUNGA, NILAI TUKAR, DAN INVESTASI ASING LANGSUNG TERHADAP STABILITAS KEUANGAN (BANK Z-SCORE) INDONESIA
This study empirically analyzes the influence of interest rates, exchange rates, and foreign direct investment on financial stability (bank z-score) in Indonesia. The study utilizes secondary data in the form of time series data spanning a 15-year period from 2007 to 2021. The research employs a multiple linear regression analysis using the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) method. Interest rates, exchange rates, and foreign direct investment are considered as independent variables, while financial stability is the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that interest rates have a significant negative impact on financial stability, exchange rates have a significant positive impact, and foreign direct investment has a significant positive impact on financial stability. As a policy implication, we recommend that policymakers emphasize the implementation of policies that foster stability within the financial system in Indonesia. This includes observing factors such as inflation and asset prices that greatly influence economic growth and financial system stability, thereby promoting the stability of Indonesia's financial sector and advancing the country's economic development. Key words: Interest Rates, Exchange Rates, Foreign Direct Investment, Financial Stability, Bank Z-Score.
