STUDI PERILAKU SHEAR WALL PADA STRUKTUR BETON MENGGUNAKAN ANALISIS PUSHOVER
The shear wali systems are commonly applicated for reducing the seismic forces in hig’n-rise building. This paper is using four models with three position variation of shear wali with ten tloors and total height of 40 meters and same size which is 18x18 meters. The building is located in Palembang city on the soft soil and has funclion as an officc building. The building pcrfonnancc, capacily curvc, and plastic hinge distribution are the results of pushover analysis. According to this research. the fourt'h model is considered to 'be the most effective model to increase the rigidity and the strength of the building. This model is also ablc to rcducc displacement 61,432% and drift ratio 69,50%. Moreover, this model also has the capability to reduce deflection at pushover analysis performance point 72.642%. However, the third model plastic hinge distribution has the fcvvcst collapse pattem of plastic hinges with base shear foree which is happened to the building is 5.548,608 tons. In auuition, after the pushover analysis is done, the building performance belongs to these four models are considered as immediate occupancy.
