The development of the city and of employment increasing of population, rising incomes and growing workforce, this has affected to the demand for public transport and need a solution for the traffic conditions. One solution to increase the transportalion system Services that use the Area Traffic Control System in an Intelligent Transport System. The metedology are chosing 2 fforn 7 intersections in the Pangkal Pinang city. Which have maximum volume the intersection are Timah and intersection Mitro. Data have survey are data traffic volume, saturation flow, queue length, and intersection geometry data. From the results of calculations it can he concluded coordination occurs hetween the arms sudirman 1 and 2 at the intersection Timah and coordination between the arms Sudirman Sudirman 2 and 3 at the intersection Mitro. From the calculation of Timah intersection delay 20.51 veh/h Mitro Intersection of 24.36 veh/h. so that included in the Service level category C with moderat e statement.
