RANCANG BANGUN ALAT UKUR KECEPATAN SUDUT PADA GERAK MELINGKAR BERBASIS MIKROKONTROLER MENGGUNAKAN SENSOR OPTOCOUPLER
The use of microcontroller-based physics practicum tools makes it easier for students to understand the study of circular motion material to determine the amount of speed. Therefore, this research was conducted by utilizing a tool in the form of an optocoupler on the FC-03 sensor module and NodeMCU ESP8266. The goal is to know the rotation speed of the tool and send the data to the spreadsheet in real time. This research is focused on measuring the RPM value using the incremental encoder technique. The FC-03 sensor and disk encoder with 20 holes are used to detect the number of holes detected in 1 second, so that it can be calculated how many revolutions are made by the motor every minute. Based on the test results of the FC-03 sensor value against the tachometer value, the average accuracy is 99.32%, precision is 100%, and error is 0.66%. In addition, this tool can send each result data to the spreadsheet wirelessly with the farthest distance of 70 meters.
