POLA SEBARAN TOTAL SUSPENDED SOLID (TSS) MENGGUNAKAN CITRA SENTINEL 2-A DI PERAIRAN KETAPANG, LAMPUNG SELATAN
High concentration of Total Suspended Solid (TSS) can increase turbidity and obstruct light penetration to the water column. The distribution of TSS can be observed using satellite imagery by transforming algorithms that can convert pixel values into estimated TSS concentration values. The objective of this study is to examine the comparison of TSS concentration distribution patterns in Sentinel-2A images during each season and determine which algorithm, such as Laili's algorithm (2015) and Jaelani's algorithm (2016), and identify which most suitable algorithm for analize TSS concentration in Sentinel-2A imagery. This research was conducted on November 18, 2022. As the result, it was found that TSS distribution patterns at average values of 20.7 mg/L in the western season, 19.2 mg/L in the 1st transitional season, 21 mg/L in the eastern season, and 20.3 mg/L in the 2nd transitional season. Based on the regression results (R2), Laili's algorithm (2015) is the most suitable algorithm with a regression value (R2) of 0.9905 and an RMSE value of 0.639. Keywords: Ketapang Water, Total Suspended Solid, Sentinel 2-A
