PENGARUH PEMBERIAN TAMBAHAN PENGHASILAN PEGAWAI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA PADA BADAN PENDAPATAN PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DAN ASET DAERAH (BPPKAD) KABUPATEN BANGKA.
This study aims to determine the effect of additional employee income and work motivation on the performance of State Civil Apparatus employees at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Revenue Agency (BPPKAD) Bangka Regency. The population in this study were all employees of the State Civil Apparatus at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Revenue Agency (BPPKAD) of Bangka Regency, totaling 97 employees. While the sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique, with a sample of 97 respondents. This study used primary data obtained through questionnaires and multiple regression analysis as a data analysis technique. The data obtained was tested by validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, analysis of the correlation coefficient (r) and the coefficient of determination (R2), F test and t test. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between additional employee income and work motivation on the performance of State Civil Apparatus employees at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Revenue Agency (BPPKAD) Bangka Regency
