PENGARUH CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY DAN KEPEMILIKAN INSTITUSIONAL TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN DENGAN PROFITABILITAS SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA INDUSTRI MANUFAKTUR SUB SEKTOR FARMASI YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA
This study aims to determine the effect Corporate Social Responsibility and Institutional ownership to firm value and profitability as an intervening variable in pharmacy companies for the 5 year period 2017-2021. The method in this study totaled 8 samples from pharmacy companies. The research data is taken from the financial statements and annual report of each company from pharmacy sector listed on the IDX. The data analysis technique used regression linear regression analysis and path analysis assisted by the SPSS program. The result show that Corporate Social Responsibility and profitability have a significant positive effect on firm value while institutional ownership does not effect firm value signifantly. Institutional ownership has a significant positive effect on profitability while Corporate Social Responsibility does not effect on profitability significantly. Profitability is able to mediate the effect of Corporate Social to firm value while profitability is unable to mediate the effect of institutional ownership to firm value.
