This study aims to analyze the effect of financial performance on stock returns in the food and beverage sub-sector for the period 2011-2021. The research sample was determined through purposive sampling technique based on criteria with the number of companies observed, namely 12 food and beverage sub-sector companies with the time period 2011-2021. The research data is panel data with 132 observations. The data studied were 93 data, while the 39 data were outliers. This study uses the common effect model (CEM). The results showed that return on equity (ROE) has a significant effect on stock returns. Debt to equity ratio (DER), total asset turnover (TATO), and current ratio (CR) have no effect on stock returns. Keywords: Return Shares; ROE, DER, TATO, CR.
