This study aims to investigate the effect of promotion on Instagram on the decision to use the services of PT Dwidaya Tour Travel. Through data analysis and a quantitative approach, this study identified weak factors in the promotion's influence and provided strategic suggestions for increasing their impact. The research method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, while the data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. Based on data analysis, the results of the study show that promotion on Instagram has a positive and significant influence on the decision to use the services of PT Dwidaya Tour Travel. It found a t table value of 5.504 and a significance value of 0.000, which indicated a statistically significant relationship between the promotion variable on Instagram and the decision to use the service. However, this study also identified several weak indicators of promotional influence. Public interaction in the form of likes and comments as well as the intensity of information seeking has a lower impact on the decision to use services. Therefore, this research provides several strategic suggestions to PT Dwidaya Tour Travel.
