This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee productivity at PT Alam Perkasa Lestari. The research method used is a quantitative method. The data used in this research is primary data. The sampling method uses a saturated sample (census), where the entire population will be selected as the research sample. The total population of employees of PT Alam Perkasa Lestari is 80 people. t test obtained t count > t table significant value or α value, it can be concluded that compensation has a significant effect on employee productivity. Thus the hypothesis is accepted
