PENGARUH STRUKTUR MODAL DAN INTENSITAS MODAL TERHADAP PERBANKAN DI INDONESIA PERIODE 2017-2021.
This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure as measured using the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), and capital intensity as measured using asset turnover on financial performance as measured using Return on Assets (ROA). The type of data used in this research is secondary data in the form of financial reports. The method used in this research is a quantitative-descriptive method. The research population is 95 banking companies in Indonesia. The number of samples is 84 companies using purposive sampling method. Data analysis was performed using the STATA application by conducting descriptive statistical tests, multicollinearity tests, and panel data regression tests. The results showed that Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) had a significant and positive effect on Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) had a significant and negative effect on Return on Assets (ROA), and asset turnover had no effect on Return on Assets (ROA).
