RANCANG BANGUN MESIN PEMANGGANG KEMPLANG PANGGANG OTOMATIS BERBASIS MIKROKONTROLER ARDUINO UNO
Kemplang baking is usually done conventionally which can cause the roasting process to not be optimal. This study aims to design automatic kemplang baking hardware and software based on servo motor motion using Arduino Mega 2560 microcontroller control. Temperature determination is obtained using a ktype thermocouple sensor which will be displayed on the LCD, based on the kemplang roasting process using coals using four variations of kemplang namely the thick dimension of the wide diameter, the thin dimension of the thick diameter, the thick dimension of the small diameter, and the thin dimension of the small diameter. The more stable the temperature on the coals causes the maturity level of the kemplang to be good. On the other hand, the higher the temperature, the more the maturity level will burn.
