Research on the effect of adding fish oil to commercial feed on the growth rate and survival of tiger grouper fry has been carried out at the Lampung Marine Aquaculture Center (BBPBL). The experimental design used was a completely randomized design using fiber tubs measuring 2 m x 1 m x 0.6 m and using netting frames measuring 50 cm x 50 cm with a stocking density of 15 individuals with an initial weight of 15 -18 grams and an initial length of 9 - 10 cm, and 4 treatments 3 repetitions namely (a). commercial feed without fish oil (control), (b). commercial feed plus 3% fish oil, (c). commercial feed plus 6% fish oil, (d). commercial feed plus 9% fish oil. The results showed that the highest growth rate was in the commercial feed supplemented with fish oil at a dose of 6% which was (4.85 + 0.47) cm and (18.83 + 0.91) gram and the lowest FCR in the commercial feed supplemented with oil. fish with a dose of 6% and the survival rate of all tiger grouper seeds for a maintenance period of 42 days with a value of 100% this shows that the growth rate of tiger grouper seeds is growing well.
