This study analyzes the effect of the consumer price index, economic growth, interest rates and the construction wholesale trade price index on residential property prices in Indonesia. The method used in his study uses the Error Correction Model (ECM), the data used in this study is the time series in 201301 – 202104. The results show that in the long term, the construction wholesale price index has a significant positive effect on residential property prices. Meanwhile, the consumer price index, economic growth and interest rates have a significant negative effect on residential property prices. In short-term research, the construction wholesale price index and interest rates have a significant positive effect on residential property prices in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the consumer price index and economic growth have no significant negative effect on residential property prices in Indonesia.
