DESAIN SISTEM KOMUNIKASI CAHAYA TAMPAK DI AIR SKRIPSI
Research on visible light communication in water has been conducted with a light source using a laser. The purpose of this study is to find out the performance of each color laser used by adjusting PWM (Pulse Width Modulation). The authors use three color lasers Red Laser, Green Laser, and Purple Laser. The medium used for data transmission is a 160 cm long tank or aquarium. The authors specifically do the calculations to calculate the laser power, adjust the PWM, and calculate transfer data for each laser color. In this study, the authors used quantitative and qualitative methods. In qualitative methods, the resulting output can be heard using a speaker. For the quantitative input/output method, the Hantek 6022BE digital oscilloscope can be used to view the data. The results obtained by the authors are that the red laser is better for transmitting voice data and function generator data. Depending on the length of the aquarium, voice data can be received up to 160 cm away and function generator data can be received by the receiver up to 210 cm away.
