PENDEKATAN STRUCTURE-CONDUCT-PERFORMANCE DALAM ANALISIS PENGARUH STRUKTUR TERHADAP KINERJA PADA INDUSTRI TEH DAN KOPI INDONESIA
This study analyzes the effect of structure on performance in the Indonesian tea and coffee industry from several provinces, including the provinces of West Java, Central Java, East Java, West Sumatra, North Sumatra, Banten and Bengkulu. This research was conducted using quantitative methods and data sources used in this study using secondary data taken from the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics. Based on the results of this study, the structure of the tea and coffee industry has a tight oligopoly market structure and the structure has two influences on the performance of the tea and coffee industry. First, it has a negative and insignificant effect on the CR4 variable and the Herfindahl-Hirschman Index (HHI) has a negative and insignificant effect on the Price Cost Margin, this is because there is no competitive competition in the tea and coffee companies. Second, the variable Market Share has a positive and insignificant effect on Price Cost Margin, this is due to the inefficiency of an industry in producing an output to gain profit.
