PENGARUH IPM, BELANJA MODAL DAN PMTB TERHADAP KETIMPANGAN DI WILAYAH TIMUR INDONESIA
This study aims to determine the effect of the Human Development Index (HDI), Capital Expenditure and Gross Fixed Capital Formation on development inequality that occurs in Eastern Indonesia. The data used in this study is panel data consisting of 12 provinces in Eastern Indonesia during the 2011-2020 period. The results of the study by using the Fixed Effect Model method showed that simultaneously HDI, Capital Expenditure and PMTB affect inequality. Partially, Human Development Index (HDI) and Capital Expenditure have a positive and significant effect on development inequality while Gross Fixed Capital Formation (PMTB) has a negative and insignificant effect on development inequality. The government needs to provide an equalize of education and health hopefully it can reduce the level of inequality that occurs in eastern Indonesia. The need for equitable distribution of investment that is not only centered on developed regions in Eastern Indonesia.
