Subardin, Ariodillah Hidayat The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of income, education level, and service on the probability of not choosing murabahah financing products at PT. Sharia pawnshop Patal Palembang. The source of the data in this study is the results of the respondents' answers to the questionnaire regarding the research variables. The results of this study indicate that the lower the income, the higher the possibility not to choose Murabahah financing products. The lower the education, the higher the possibility not to choose murabahah financing products. The worse the service, the higher the possibility of not choosing Murabahah financing products.
