ANALISIS KAUSALITAS ANTARA FOREIGN DIRECT INVESMENT (FDI) DAN PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DI NEGARA ASEAN
This study aims to determine the causal relationship between foreign direct investment and economic growth in ASEAN countries. The data used is secondary data in the period 2000 to 2020 obtained from the Word Development Indicator (WDI). The analysis technique used is Granger Causality for causality, while the Johansen Test is used to see the existence of a long-term equilibrium relationship. The results of this study indicate that there is a one-way causal relationship between FDI and economic growth in Indonesia, Singapore and Laos. There is a one-way causal relationship between economic growth and FDI in Singapore and there is a two-way causality relationship in Singapore.
