This study aims to determine the effect of Democratic Leadership Style on Employee Work Motivation at PT.BUMA Cima Nusantara Distrik Cinta Manis. The population in this study were all employees at PT.BUMA Cima Nusantara Distrik Cinta Manis, totaling 176 employees. This study uses a proportional random sampling technique to determine the sample randomly and to determine the number of samples using the Slovin formula so that a sample of 122 employees is obtained. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and simple linear regression analysis methods as data analysis techniques. The data obtained were tested with simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that the Democratic Leadership Style had a significant effect on the Work Motivation of PT.BUMA Cima Nusantara Distrik Cinta Manis.
