The welfare allowance provided by the company aims to increase employee morale at work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of welfare benefits on employee morale of PT Bukit Asam Tbk. This study uses quantitative methods and uses a questionnaire research instrument. The population in this study amounted to 986 employees, a sample of 91 employees was taken by random sampling technique. This study uses a simple linear regression analysis technique as a data analysis technique. The results showed that welfare benefits had a significant positive effect on employee morale at PT Bukit Asam Tbk.
