This study aims to examine the effect to organizational culture, internal control on the employee performance in mediating organizational commitment at PT. Jamkrida Sumsel and to get decisions that connect with performance of employee in the company. The research used quantitative approach through questionnaire and documentation with 50 respondens as a sample. Descriptive technique and path analysis are used as analysis technique. Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing that has been done, then from this research can be concluded as follows, (1) organizational culture does not affect the organizational commitment, (2) internal control has positive affect on the organizational commitment, (3) organizational culture has positive affect on the employee performance, (4) internal control does not affect on the employee performance, (5) organizational commitment does not affect on the employee performance, organizational commitment in mediating organizational culture and internal control does not has indirect affect on employee performance through organizational commitment as mediation variable.
