This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of the board of commissioners, board of directors, audit committee, and investment opportunity sets on financial performance. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with secondary data. The population used is 217 manufacturing companies for 2019-2021, with a research sample of 81 companies obtained through a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used in this study was the SPSS version 25 program using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The study results show that the board of commissioners, board of directors, and audit committee have no significant effect on financial performance. In contrast, the investment opportunity set has a significant positive impact on financial performance.
