Work spirit is the condition of employees in the work environment which showed their happiness in carrying out the jobs assigned to them, thereby they feel able and can work more effective and better to achieve the predetermined purpose. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the effect of work spirit on teacher performance in State 1 Islamic Senior High School Lubuk Linggau. The populations in this research are civil servant teachers in the State 1 Islamic Senior High School Lubuk Linggau with the total of 39 teachers. The sampling technique used in this research is saturated sample technique where all populations are used as respondents in the research. The data collection technique used is questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The research results showed that the work spirit has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance in State 1 Islamic Senior High School Lubuk Linggau.
