This Study aims to determine the effect of Free Cash Flow, Collateralizable Assets, and Leverage on Dividend Policy of LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 – 2020. This research uses purposive sampling technique. The data used in this study is secondary data with data collection techniques through indirect documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Based on research results show that Free Cash Flow has a significant positive effect on dividend policy. Collateralizable Assets has significant positive effect on dividend policy. Leverage does not have a significant effect on dividend policy with LQ 45 companies listed on the IDX for the 2016 – 2020 period.
