This study aims to determine the effect of Physical Work Environment on the Performance of Population and Civil Registration Agency employees. The population in this study were all employees at the Population and Civil Registration Agency with a total of 59 people and sampling using a census. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it was concluded that the Physical Work environment had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of Population and Civil Registration Agency. Population and Civil Registration Agency is expected to be able to continue to evaluate and improve Physical work environment to employees through good and equal contigent rewards, create an active and passive monitoring system that makes employees comfortable in order to provide satisfactory performance for the Agency.
