This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and occupational health and safety (K3) on the performance of employees of PT Empat Lawang Agro Perkasa (ELAP). This research was conducted at division 2 of PT ELAP. The research population is all employees of division 2, totaling 119 people. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques through questionnaires and observation. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis technique. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that work discipline and occupational health and safety (K3) had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Division 2 PT ELAP either partially or simultaneously
