This research aims to find out and analyze the effect of position promotion on employee work motivation at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Selatan and Bangka Belitung KCP Lemabang. The population in this study were employees of the Regional Development Bank of South Sumatra and Bangka Belitung KCP Lemabang, totaling 60 people. Sampling in this study used a saturated sample technique, namely sampling was carried out as a whole from the total population. The research design used is a quantitative survey method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Analysis method using Simple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that job promotion has a significant effect on work motivation. Job promotion variables have a fairly strong relationship with work motivation.
