Ketapang is a sub-district located in the East Coast of South Lampung Regency, Lampung Province. This area is included as one of the widest mangrove areas in Lampung Province. The role of the mangrove ecosystem as a habitat for various biota is very important in exploiting fishery potential in coastal areas. macrozoobenthos community. This research was conducted in August 2022. The sampling method used was purposive sampling method with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The dominance index characterizes the level of dominance of a species inhabiting an ecosystem. However, the dominance index value obtained from existing calculations produces a different value although it does not exceed the value of E > 0.5 as a characteristic that there is species dominance. The value of the biodiversity index (diversity, uniformity and dominance) is very dependent on the distribution of macrozoobenthos to the three stations with different mangrove species.
