This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on the performance of employees of PT Trakindo Utama Branch Palembang. The population in this study is the entire number of employees of PT Trakindo Utama Branch Palembang, totaling 55 employees. This study uses a saturated sampling technique.This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires and the analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis technique.The results of this study indicate that leadership style has a significant and positive performance of employees of PT Trakindo Utama Branch Palembang.Suggestions that can be given from this research are leaders can apply the Telling situational leadership style that can influence and improve employee performance at PT Trakindo Utama Branch Palembang.
