PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS KETENAGAKERJAAN KOTA PALEMBANG.
This study aims to examine the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance on Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Palembang. The data that used on this study are primary data, with 74 employees as sample, using a sampling technique with saturated sample method. The analytical method used is quantitative anaylsis with multiple linear regression. The result of this study are leadership style and organizational culture have a significant influence on employee performance simultaneously and partially. Therefore, leaders must be more assertive, authoritative, and establish good relationships with their employees so as to create strong organizational cultural values and maximum employee performance.
