The Small and Medium Industry Sector (IKM) is a sub-sector that manages small or medium-scale industries such as home industries and other small-scale industries, which are easier for the community to form, especially the lower-middle-class economic community. The rapid growth of SMEs in South Sumatra Province is inseparable from the contribution of SMEs in urban areas, especially Palembang City, which has the largest number(Disperindag, 2020). This is due to the Palembang City Government Policy which Develops Small Industrial Villages in a Number of Districts to Support Downstream Industry in Palembang City. The population in this study are Meatball Milling Businesses in Kuto and Lemabang Markets. The method of sampling is the (Probability Sampling). The sampling technique used is (Proportional Random Sampling), namely proportional sampling which is carried out by taking subjects from each stratum or each region determined in balance with the number of subjects in each stratum or region (Arikunto, 2006). Based on the results of the research and discussion, according to the objectives and hypotheses proposed, several conclusions can be drawn from this research, including individually showing results that there is a negative and significant influence between raw materials on the meatball milling industry in Palembang city. There is a Positive and Significant Influence between Capital on the Meatball Milling Industry in Palembang City and There is a Negative and Significant Influence between Business Experience on the Meatball Milling Industry in Palembang City.
